Carp Skatepark Summer Skate Camps

One week sessions running from June 15th through August 14th
Join local expert instructors for 5 days a week of skatebaording and fun at the Carp Park. Come to learn the basics of skateboarding or build on an existing skill set. All skill levels are welcome!
Our Mission:
The Carpinteria Skate Foundation (CSF) is dedicated to fostering recreational and extracurricular opportunities in the community of Carpinteria. Through the creation of the Carpinteria Skate Park and the PUSH PROJECT, CSF works to maintain inclusive spaces designed for creative self expression, with a focus on engaging a growth mindset.
PUSH PROJECT
A semester long youth mentor collaboration between Carpinteria Unified School District and Carpinteria Skate Foundation.
Carpinteria Middle School (CMS) students engage a semester long visual arts based curriculum designed to foster social/emotional growth, creativity and resilience.
A mentoring program in which CHS students expose CMS students to a range of activities in an effort to facilitate social and emotional growth.
Exposure to activities, hobbies, passion, financial literacy, creativity.

Access to skateboarding, recreation, creative self expression, graphic design
CHS students receive community service hours towards graduation
Building skateboards in house with 3D molds and our custom 40ton hydralic deck press.
